There are several ways I could incorporate Fair Use into my Mashup video, but two points I feel are important are commentary and historical recognition. Fair Use is a fantastic invention that allows creative minds to construct great work. Well, I think it would be great to have a commentary board for my video. That way if I used someone else's work in my video, they are then able to provide positive or negative feedback. Historical recognition is important as well. It allows people to learn about their history through someone else's creative videos. Not just that but other credited creaters can learn from historical videos as well to help with their future work. Which is pretty cool.
